Te Reo Karanga is our kaupapa Māori referral and triage service. As the first point of contact for whānau, we listen, guide, and connect you with the right services and supports. Our goal is to reduce the stress of dealing with multiple government agencies by providing a safe and trusted pathway for whānau to access care.

What This Service Offers
- Triage and referral for vulnerable whānau in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
- Connection with Te Tohu o te Ora o Ngāti Awa, Te Pūkāea o te Waiora, and Oranga Tamariki.
- Guidance for tamariki, rangatahi, pakeke, and kaumātua.
- Culturally safe support from Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.
